Why do your joints hurt?
Joint pain is a signal that something in your body isn't working the way it should. It can result from daily strain, the natural ageing process, or even a poor diet. When cartilage – your joints' natural shock absorber – begins to wear down, bones rub against each other, causing pain and discomfort.
On top of that come the micro-injuries that occur with every movement. If your body lacks the right nutrients for repair, inflammation builds up and the pain becomes more and more troublesome.
Can it be fixed? Yes, but…
