Q: Can sodium butyrate be combined with BestBiotic?
A: Yes. The two work in a complementary way: BestBiotic brings selected bacterial strains, while BestButyric delivers a postbiotic, that is ready-made short-chain fatty acids. In practice it works well to take BestBiotic with one meal and BestButyric in two servings in the first part of the day, always after food and with water.
Q: Can there be any digestive discomfort in the first days of use?
A: For most people, no. Sodium butyrate is usually very well tolerated. More sensitive individuals may temporarily notice some bloating or discomfort, which normally passes after a few days. If it persists, reduce to 1 capsule daily for three to five days and then return to the recommended serving, or speak to a specialist.
Q: Are there any contraindications to sodium butyrate?
A: Hypersensitivity or allergy to butyric acid or its sodium salt. If in doubt, start with a smaller serving and observe how your body responds.
Q: Is there anything it should not be taken together with?
A: BestLab products can be combined with BestButyric without concern, with the exception of formulas containing caffeine. We also suggest avoiding taking butyrate at the same time as caffeine or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines. For comfort and predictability, leave at least two hours between them.
Storage: At room temperature, in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light. Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
