Recommended intake: 1 capsule daily after a meal, drink water.
Due to its vitamin B content, it is recommended that you take the supplement in the first part of the day.
Take after a heavy meal. The product contains vitamin B3, which when taken on an empty stomach may cause the so-called niacin flush, i.e. dilation of blood vessels, manifested by redness and burning of the skin. Using the product after a meal reduces the occurrence of the flush effect.
