At E-DRUG.CO.UK, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. That’s why we have a simple and straightforward returns policy in place to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for our customers.

Returns are at the customer’s cost.

The time frame for returns is 30 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned to the following address: 13th Floor LTD, 8 Maple Walk, Coventry, UK.

Before sending the return, please contact us and describe the problem.

The return will be considered within 7 working days. Please provide the order number by email before sending the return.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued in the same method of payment that the customer used to make the original purchase.

Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in the customer’s account.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your order.
